The door skins are manufactured from Glass Reinforced Plastic which offers an authentic timber appearance without the issues of warping, cracking, peeling, or splitting. Doors only require occasional cleaning with a cloth. The insulating core consists of 100 percent CFC free Polyurethane, which provides outstanding thermal and acoustic performance - better insulation than timber or UPVc doors. A composite inner frame within the core reinforces both the outer skin and surrounding foam core. All doors are fitted with a high security lock and fully coordinated machine hardware. RCM RCM is a unique reinforcement that makes windows and doors easier to install due to its lightweight makeup. It is more energy efficient and does not rust or corrode. It is 20-30% stronger in the corner weld and has a life expectancy of more than 35 years. RCM is made from 100% recycled composite material. |
