A good job starts with a good foundation
First comes the groundwork – surveying, planning and getting your approval of the design. Then, and most importantly, a good foundation is laid for you.
Failing to supply or providing a substandard foundation are shortcuts some companies regularly take. This is because conservatories, orangeries and extensions don’t always require planning permission. Poor or no foundations are the cause of most post-construction problems.
Carera, however, never cut corners. We always take foundations to the maximum, not the minimum depth. Well above the standard called for.
